In order to obtain a full or partial refund, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed and you must call us to obtain a claim, and the products should be returned in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they're in good condition).

To serve you and other customers better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund. We want satisfied customers. Please remember when asking for a refund if your product shows delivered by your tracking number and you put in a claim that you haven't received it takes a process if 15 days to sort out. We suggest if you experience this problem to contact USPS before filling a claim with us. Also we are not responsible, but will try our best to watch out for incorrect addresses. If your product is returned to us because the address was incorrect you are subject to a re shipping fee so please make sure to double check your address before completing your order.
